Inactive Accounts
After 3 years of inactivity, we'll send a reminder email. If there's no response within 90 days, we delete your account and associated data.
Course Records
Completion certificates and transcript records are kept for 7 years for verification purposes, even after account deletion.
Financial Records
Payment transaction records are retained for 10 years to comply with Albanian accounting and tax regulations.
When you request account deletion, we'll remove all personal data within 30 days except what we're legally required to keep. You'll receive confirmation once the deletion is complete. Backup systems might retain data for up to 90 additional days before full removal.

Our primary servers are located within EU-region data centers, but some of our service providers operate globally. When your data crosses borders, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.
